Scope and use of the service
These terms apply to the website, dashboard and short-link service. By using LinkMivo you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service. Your privacy is described separately in the Privacy Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Your account
Google sign-in is required to manage links. Keep your Google account secure and only use an identity you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize in your workspace. Inform us if you suspect unauthorized access. Public visitors do not need a LinkMivo account.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the destinations you share. Do not use LinkMivo for phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, or abuse. The operator may suspend accounts or block links.
Your content and public sharing
You retain responsibility for your destination URLs and content. You give LinkMivo permission to store and process submitted link information to provide the service. A shared short URL is public and may be forwarded. Dashboard authentication does not make the destination private; tags and notes should not contain secrets.
Links, confirmation pages and analytics
Links can be modified, paused, or expired by their owner. A confirmation page shows an external destination and does not certify its safety. Analytics are estimates, not billing-grade measurements or proof that a destination loaded.
Suspension and deletion
The operator may pause or block links and suspend accounts to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Owners may also pause, expire or delete links. Deleted codes are retained and not reassigned; deleting an account disables its links and revokes sessions but does not instantly erase all operational history.
Availability and external destinations
Availability and uninterrupted redirects are not guaranteed. Keep your own copy of important destination URLs. Contact the operator for support or to report abuse.
Changes, limits and responsibility
Features and operating limits may change, and maintenance or failures may interrupt the service. The service does not guarantee commercial results, accurate visitor counts or permanent availability. Any limits on responsibility apply only as permitted by applicable law and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Keep copies of important URLs and review destination changes before sharing.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes. The date above identifies the current version; notice of material changes will be provided where required. Contact the operator for support, privacy questions or harmful-link reports, and include the relevant short URL when reporting an issue.
