01

Scope and information you provide

This notice covers the LinkMivo website, dashboard and short-link service. We store the destination URLs, link settings, tags and notes you submit to operate your workspace. Do not include confidential credentials or unnecessary personal information in destinations or link notes.

02

Google account and login

We use Google sign-in to receive your account identifier, name, email, and profile image. A session cookie keeps you signed in; dashboard visits renew the 30-day inactivity expiry. Language preferences use a cookie and display preferences use local browser storage.

03

Why information is used

Account information identifies you and protects your workspace. Link data enables redirects and changes to destinations. Visit information supports the link owner’s analytics; session and operational records support security, troubleshooting and prevention of abuse.

04

Cookies and browser storage

An essential session cookie maintains your login. Opening the dashboard renews its 30-day inactivity period; following a public short link does not. A language cookie and local browser storage remember preferences. Clearing storage can reset preferences or sign you out; blocking session cookies can prevent login.

05

Short-link analytics

Short-link requests record time, destination version, estimated country, referring domain, device, browser, and bot indicators. A monthly salted hash of network and browser information estimates visitors; visitor IP addresses are stored in the database but are not displayed in dashboard analytics. Cloudflare and hosting providers may process network data under their own policies.

06

Service providers and external websites

Google handles sign-in, Cloudflare handles traffic delivery and network information, and hosting providers run the service. Processing locations depend on these providers and the deployment. A destination website has its own privacy practices and receives information when you visit it. Link owners can view analytics for their own links; administrative access is used to operate and protect the service.

07

Retention and account deletion

Visit records currently have no automatic expiry. Deleting your account removes profile fields and disables your links; identity identifiers and operational history remain to prevent reuse and support integrity. Contact the operator to request further data removal.

08

Your choices and privacy requests

Use the dashboard to manage links, export available visit records and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or complain to a competent authority. Contact us for these requests or information about providers and processing locations. We may verify identity and explain any lawful retention requirements before acting.

09

Security and policy updates

We use authentication and access controls to protect workspace information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This notice may change as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes to information use will be communicated as required by applicable law.
